Description
Use a song already familiar to both of you. One singer changes a single word to something obviously wrong, and the other catches it.
Cost: FreeBest time: Anytime
Play guide
- 1Choose a familiar short song and sing its first line together.
- 2One person sings it again with one silly substitution, such as "Twinkle, twinkle, little sock." The listener calls out the changed word.
- 3Swap the singer. Keep a point for each caught change and try a less obvious substitution when the game becomes easy.
Success signals
The listener detects a changed word in a known phrase.
If it's tricky
The original song is not shared: use the supplied phrase "The wheels on the bus go round and round" and change bus to bed.
