Play guide
- 1Choose a few safe, familiar foods your child already eats, cut into small easy-to-chew pieces, and check for any allergies first.
- 2Have your child close their eyes or wear a soft blindfold, staying seated and calm.
- 3Offer one small piece at a time, letting them smell and taste it, and never rush or surprise them.
- 4Ask them to describe it (sweet, sour, crunchy) and guess what it is.
- 5Reveal each answer, then swap roles or try the next food.
