Description
At Mandai Wildlife West's pangolin-themed play area, look for the shapes that make the structure resemble a pangolin.
Cost: FreeBest time: Morning, Afternoon
Play guide
- 1From a public viewpoint, look at the pangolin-themed play structure together before or after ordinary play.
- 2Let each person choose a visible feature, such as the tail shape or repeated scale pattern, for the other to locate.
- 3Compare the structure with a pangolin image on site if one is available. See which feature made the connection easiest.
Success signals
The child connects an actual design feature with its animal reference.
If it's tricky
The structure is closed or crowded: view it from a public path rather than entering the play area.
