1. 1Set out two or three pots of clearly different sizes with their lids beside them.
2. 2Sit on the floor with your toddler and the pots between you.
3. 3Show them once how a lid sits on the pot it fits.
4. 4Hand them a lid and let them try it on the pots until it fits.
5. 5Let them mix and match as long as they like, then stack the pots away together.
